撿到「馬」天燈　台灣阿甘給3萬

總統馬英九8日在平溪施放「許願天燈」，看在「台灣阿甘」林明德眼中，是一種官員帶頭的種錯誤示範。為了提醒天燈對環境威脅，林明德決定祭出獎金3萬元，頒給撿到馬總統落款天燈的人。

今日出刊的《自由時報》報導，68歲的林明德曾6度徒步環台撿拾垃圾，他批評去年平溪天燈節湧入約80萬人次，留下24噸垃圾，失敗天燈還容易引起火災，「政府官員帶頭做錯誤的事，後果卻要全民承擔。」因此祭出獎金3萬元，給撿到馬總統天燈的人，盼望政府與民眾正視環境議題。（夏至賢／綜合報導）
