燒掉別人的阿爸　禮儀公司賠40萬

台中市一名往生的宋姓男子前天在崇德殯儀館進行告別式，家屬為其入殮時，赫然發現遺體不見了，追查才得知竟在前一天被另一家禮儀公司員工領錯遺體，並已完成火化。家屬氣急敗壞向搞烏龍的禮儀公司求償，禮儀公司自知理虧，已賠償40萬元和解。

台中市生命禮儀管理所第一組組長黃朝順表示，這起烏龍事件係因一家禮儀公司處理一名劉姓死者（83歲）後事，本月9日從冷凍庫領取遺體後，停在遺體化妝室退冰，隔天一名員工為遺體洗身、穿衣後，未確認遺體上的識別手環及遺體名牌，錯將旁邊體型、衣著相似的宋姓男子（60多歲）遺體入殮，並送到火化場火化，隔天宋男家屬舉行告別式時找不到遺體，這才發現遺體被錯領，已成為骨灰。

出包的禮儀公司簡姓業者坦承疏失，前天事發後隨即以40萬元與家屬和解，簡姓業者還慶幸說：「還好對方家屬也打算將遺體火化，如果是採土葬，不知該如何解決？」（鮮明／台中報導）
