去年家戶數暴増7萬戶　買屋好熱

2013年各主要都會區建物買賣移轉棟數總計為29萬1795棟，與2012年的25萬6308棟相較，年增3萬5487棟，而家庭戶數總計為583萬7920戶，與2012年576萬3474戶相較，家庭戶數年增7萬4446戶。

就各都而言，2013年家庭戶數較2012年增加，買賣移轉棟數也同步成長。統計2013年各都家庭購屋比為5%，較2012年4.4%，增加0.6個百分點，與2011年的5.1%則小幅減少1個百分點。台灣房屋智庫市場經理劉志雄表示，顯示2013年房市買氣在各國貨幣寬鬆及實價揭露筆數愈來愈多的情況下，買方更勇於進場，也讓各都買賣移轉棟數創下近3年新高。

桃園縣在2011~2013年家戶購屋比皆排名第一，2013年甚至高達7.1%，也就是桃園每100戶家庭中，就有7.1戶購屋。（張菱育／台北報導）
