好玩嗎？　衰男玩槍自射大腿還判刑

高雄呂姓男子在鳳山五甲二路旁草叢內撿到一支改造手槍，拿回住處把玩時因不慎擊發子彈打中自己的左大腿，家人緊急將他送醫，但醫院發現呂男受槍傷隨即通報警方，查獲他持有槍械。高雄地院審理後依非法持有槍枝罪判呂男有期徒刑3年2月，併科罰金5萬元。

判決指出，呂男2012年8 、9 月間某日在高雄市鳳山區五甲二路巷內草叢發現1 把可發射子彈具有殺傷力的改造手槍及子彈1 顆，竟未報警處理，反將槍彈藏放在鳳山區高速公路涵洞旁，去年5 月29日下午他臨時起意取出槍枝回家把玩，卻不慎擊發子彈打中自己左大腿造成大腿穿刺傷併股骨開放性骨折，呂家人將他送到屏東寶建醫院就診，院方通報後警方循線找到呂男才起出槍枝。（王吟芳／高雄報導)
