【李定宇╱新北報導】戶政二代系統本月五日上路後錯誤連連，造成許多民眾困擾，事隔一周後，新北市長朱立倫昨前往新北各地戶政事務所視察作業情形。朱立倫表示，戶政二代系統出錯是政府的問題，「民眾第一時間無法取得文件，要親自送至民眾手中。」

戶政二代系統本月五日上路實施，但實際作業頻頻出錯，導致民眾無法取得身分證或無法辦理結婚登記，引發極大民怨，新北市長朱立倫昨前往深坑、石碇、板橋等戶政事務所實地了解作業情形，他察看新生兒登記，意外發現一對夫妻元旦當天結婚，當月底就登記小孩出生，他不斷誇口笑說：「這對夫妻真有效率！」
朱立倫昨視察戶政事務所作業情形後表示，新系統上線前測試應更完備，應預留足夠時間讓新舊系統平行運作測試，才能降低系統更新風險。他說，由於戶政二代系統出錯是政府的問題，因此已通知戶政事務所，若民眾在第一時間無法取得應得的身分證或相關文件，文件製作完成後應直接送到民眾手上，避免民眾再次奔波。
