送別發言人　鄭麗文哽咽說謝謝

行政院會上午頒給卸任政務委員黃光男及發言人鄭麗文功績獎章，據轉述，行政院長江宜樺表示，外界近日對人事案有「不實報導，有一些誤會」，希望閣員不要相信或受到影響。江揆說，宣布人事案前一天約見黃，當天上午並已致電黃光男，澄清並沒有不尊重閣員。

據轉述，黃光男表示，到行政院服務是偶然的因緣，因為尊重長官，所以很少對外發言；鄭麗文則差一點說謝謝哽咽落淚，表示感謝閣員、媒體及行政院發言人辦公室，表示年前看了唐吉軻德一書，對主人翁執著勇敢、追尋夢想，對人寬容、大方溫厚，深受感動。（王家俊／台北報導）
