遭林益世狠瞪　女檢嗆：我只是做好工作

行政院前祕書長林益世誣告《壹週刊》案今開庭，林益世帶著妻子彭愛佳一起出庭，庭訊期間林益世和2名律師，執意要求勘驗貪汙案爆發時的媒體報導光碟，蒞庭檢察官認為應直接勘驗林益世當天的記者會內容，坐在被告席的林益世竟怒瞪蒞庭檢察官，檢察官當庭反擊怒嗆林益世：「不要這樣看我，我只是做好我的工作。」
 
庭訊約半小時結束，法官決定下次開庭時將勘驗林益世貪汙案的記者會光碟及媒體報導光碟，且檢辯雙方不排除要傳喚當初幫林益世提告《壹週刊》的律師賴素如出庭作證，還原當初林益世提告的狀況。
 
林益世夫妻今出庭時被記者直擊彭愛佳不但臉變黑，近看還長痘痘，神情憔悴，記者低聲詢問，但彭愛佳沒有回應。（吳珮如／台北報導）
