農委會嚴管放生鳥　綠委籲儘速立法

農委會日前公告《營利性野生動物飼養繁殖管理辦法》，引起鳥店業者反對、動保團體支持的兩派不同意見。民進黨立委田秋堇今召開記者會，要求農委會必須堅定立場，不論是由人工繁殖或野外捕捉，業者都必須提供所販售野生動物的來源證明。

中華民國野鳥學會Ｅ世代發展部主任洪貫捷則表示，根據研究顯示，2009年至2012年間，移出保育類名錄的冠羽畫眉、台灣噪眉等特有種鳥類的族群量均顯著下降，因此不反對養鳥行為，但反對捕捉、販賣野生鳥類，呼籲農委會儘速立法規範野生動物的買賣。

台灣動物社會研究會主任陳玉敏則表示，修法草案仍有不足之處，建議增列業者申請許可證時，也須提供飼養籠舍面積與數量上限、禁止業者使動物近親繁殖、主管機關派員查核應偕同獸醫、照護員等第三公正單位，並增列限期不改善則勒令停業之相關規定。（李英婷／台北報導）
