台大修正獎勵金　研究生不滿

台大工會表示，台大校方提出研究生獎勵金校方修正版本，並通知全校研究生下學期獎勵金因勞、健保將受到衝擊，要學生「自行評估風險」。台大工會不滿指出，校方以此法企圖否定校內助理的勞僱關係，並以減薪、失業等危機恐嚇研究生。
 
台大工會秘書長林凱衡指出，若將全校共約7000名助理皆納保勞健保，保費的總負擔額度1年約2億，學生須自行負擔約5000萬、學校負擔約1.5億；再依《就業服務法》規定，雇主須聘僱一定比例的身障人士，否則要負擔約1.3億的「就業安定費用」，推論台大要替7000學生加保，每年可能就必須要多花2.8億元。
 
台大主秘林達德說，工會所指的獎勵金修法仍未定案，仍在廣徵校內意見，要釐清各種助理的性質、工作內容，才能確認哪些屬勞僱關係、哪些是基於學習、研究產生的關係，若屬前者，自然享勞健保，若是後者，則不用負擔勞健保支出，至於標準、原則仍待討論，預計2、3個月後才會定案。（生活中心／台北報導）
