宮主淫人妻32次　　怕罰掰腰不好只有6次

蕭姓男子身為宮廟宮主，卻不知謹言慎行以為信徒表率，101 年8 月起至同年12月4 日止，跟嘉義市火鍋店盧姓老闆娘信眾，在她住處和火鍋店內，以每3 日1 次頻率通姦，直到當年12月5日盧女跟張姓前夫簽字離婚時，她才坦承跟蕭密集通姦，張不甘戴綠帽，憤而對蕭提告討公道。

蕭在法院開庭時說，他罹患糖尿病及慢性缺血性心臟病，有坐骨神經痛也有開刀，腰不好，沒有辦法這麼頻繁跟盧女嘿咻，頂多跟她上床6次，辯稱因為沒有上過法庭會緊張，才會向檢察官說3天通姦1次。法官採信盧女說法，認蕭疑為閃避1罪1罰刑責才扯謊，日前認定通姦32次。

法官認蕭男為滿足淫慾而與信眾發生婚外情，破壞信眾婚姻、家庭，使純正宗教信仰蒙上情色陰影，實應嚴懲。但考量盧女已懷有蕭男胎兒、近日即將臨盆，且蕭單親另要撫養一對兒女，日前依妨害婚姻罪判決10個月徒刑，但法外施恩，得易科罰金30萬。（楊永盛／苗栗報導）
