女遭下藥迷姦　狠咬一口成鐵證

桃園許姓男子4年前得知女姓友人和男友發生糾紛，假好心稱帶被害人去找男友討債，卻趁機帶被害人上汽車旅館，以FM2迷昏被害人後性侵，被害人驚醒咬了許男左肩一口掙脫，而咬痕成為許男性侵判刑的鐵證之一。

判決指出，許男從2010年12月15日開始，就開著借來的車子，載被害人去找男友，第1天許男就以自己需要吸毒為由，住進汽車旅館休息，許男就這樣連續3天帶著被害人去往返尋找男友，最後因被害人與男友通電話後，一直哭泣，許男就以「鎮定情緒為由」，騙被害人吃下FM2。

被害人一吃就陷入昏迷，等醒來就發現許男正壓在自己身上，下體遭插入，被害人直接往許男左肩咬1口，並推開許男，搭計程車回家，被害人回家繼續昏睡1天才報警並驗血中藥物反應，許男到案時左肩仍留有明顯咬痕，並被搜出FM2，因此被高院依加重強制性交判刑7年半。案經最高法院駁回上訴定讞。（劉昌松／台北報導）
