三立主播楊伊湄覺得《蘋果》即時新聞是早上害她賴床的最大原因，她每天早上起床前第一件事，就是先用手機刷《蘋果》即時新聞，「我發現《蘋果》即時新聞最近跟很多獨立媒體合作，因為我自己本身是在商業電視台，很想看到主流媒體以外的新聞角度，也讓小眾媒體有發聲的管道。」她最常注意社會關懷類的新聞，「之前你們報導過小朋友會自己種稻米的新聞，讓小朋友學會尊重農夫這職業，我就覺得很有教育意義，也值得大家去關心。」(蔡維歆／台北報導)
